OnlyUp is a start up organization that helps nonprofits create viable opportunities for growth and leadership for their millennial employees.
While the conversation about what young people look for in a job is growing, there is often a lag in implementing policies and practices that take advantage of the skills and experiences of the next generation of leaders. To explore and close that gap OnlyUp looks to work with organizations in the following ways:
- discussing the needs of your younger employees or your desire attract young employees;
- examining any barriers or challenges you have in recruiting and retaining young employees;
- creating a tangible plan to assist you in keeping and motivating your young employees.
As a start up, this is both an opportunity to help and an opportunity to learn. OnlyUp is offering these services free of charge to a few organizations and welcome feedback on the process.
