Otterbein will have adult day care and child learning center

A planned adult day care facility and a children’s learning center at the Otterbein Homes Lebanon campus could be open as early as this fall.

… The project will renovate an existing single-family dwelling on the north side of King Street at Cogan Street on a one-acre site into an adult day care center and children’s learning center. It will also include an “L-shaped” open deck, a small parking area, and an enclosed gated yard, according to the proposal approved.
