Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) offers a wide selection of educational and professional development opportunities to staff in the aging network at no cost. The 2010-2011 Training & Development Catalog offers more than 35 different skill- and knowledge-building courses, including sessions for writing, management and computers. Several topics focus on how to better serve older adults with topics including, Aging System Resources, cultural awareness, end-of-life issues, and foundations in gerontology.
