US Department of Justice seeks public comment on a possible expansion of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to address four new topics. The topics for consideration are accessible websites; captioning and video descriptions in movie theaters; accessible features for 9-1-1 and equipment; and accessible equipment and furniture.
