HHS recently announced an increase in funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), bringing the national total of available funds to $3.9 billion. Pennsylvania will receive a total of $267,652,343 for the program, which is the second largest allocation for a U.S. state after New York.
